Welcome! My approach to therapy is rooted in pleasure-focused, trauma-informed, and sex-positive values. I take on a strength based and somatic approach that is rooted in the belief that you have the capacity for meaningful change, whatever that looks like to you!

My aim is to create a safe, authentic, judgement free space where you are able to explore your inner world. I believe in the power of safety, which allows for greater creativity, empowerment in relationships and enables us to learn and heal. I understand that healing is non-linear and complex, and that getting in touch with our thoughts, minds and bodies can be uncomfortable. I try to show up as a fellow human, meeting you where you are and always being curious.

As a client myself, I have found having someone alongside me while I encounter parts of myself to be immensely grounding. Sex can play a crucial role in our lives, affecting our wellbeing and sometimes our mental and physical health. Sex can also be a difficult topic to talk about - society has produced a shame-based, taboo narrative that pushes strict roles and ideas of what sex and sexuality should be like, look like and feel like. I’m here to tell you that how you experience sex and sexuality is valid! Together, we will work towards learning, unlearning, and building up parts of your life that serve you and allow you to live authentically.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader, fantasy nerd and proud cat mum to Jim & Cleo. I enjoy spending time in nature and connecting with my partner, friends and family.

I identify as a neurodivergent white woman and use she/her pronouns. I gratefully acknowledge that I work, live and play on the unceded territory of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səlílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
