What is the cancellation and refund policy for workshops?
Tickets for live webinars are non-refundable for workshops and webinars; you may request a transfer of your ticket to another person at any time by emailing hello@alluracentre.com with the new ticket holder’s information. There are no refunds on our pre-recorded webinars.
Are the live workshops recorded?
The workshop will be recorded for all paid registrants and will be emailed out to have lifelong access to the workshop.
Can I ask questions during the live workshops?
Absolutely! You will be given a link to submit questions anonymously prior to the workshop, as well as there will be a live Q&A at the end of each workshop.
Can I remain anonymous during the live workshops?
We're always happy to see your faces to interact with during the workshop! However, you don't have to stay on camera throughout the workshop – if you prefer to stay completely anonymous, you can "rename" yourself on Zoom once you join to your initials or even just anonymous. You can read more about that here. Please keep yourself muted throughout the workshop except during the Q&A.
