Do you struggle with low sexual desire? You may be feeling like there’s something wrong with you - maybe you once loved sex and wanted it, and now feel nervous, uneasy, or even panicked at the thought of sex. It may never cross your mind, or when it does, it feels like another chore that has to be done. You may feel like you’re just going through the motions during sex, waiting for it to be over.
YOU MAY ALSO BE STRUGGLING WITH ISSUES BEFORE OR DURING SEX:
staying present in your body
feeling overall stressed that you can’t even consider being sexual with your partner
pre-occupation with your body or over-monitoring
thinking about the long list of chores you still have to get done
avoiding any type of contact with your partner in fear that sex might happen
rarely, if ever, feeling “in the mood”
You are not alone… low desire leaves us feeling disconnected and broken, and questioning our relationship with our partner and with ourselves.
Our 8-week mindfulness for low desire group is an evidence-based trauma-informed group program designed using the latest research in mindfulness to address low desire concerns, helping you become more present and connected to your body.
By the end of the group, you’ll:
· understand what desire is and feeling more in control of your body
· experience more confidence in your sexuality and enjoy sex more
· become less distracted and more connected to pleasure in your body
· have a deeper and more intimate connection with your sexuality and your partner
· feel less alone and more supported by a group of folks who are experiencing the same issues as you
