Are we the fit you’ve been looking for?
At Allura, we look to create a practice of team members who are not only dedicated to our vision and the work we do but also want to balanced and nurtured life outside of work. This looks like:
Our Team Structure: we only bring on employees to our team – we believe that when team members are able to have their needs met through a secure base of employment, they live more pleasure-focused lives outside of work as well as deliver high-quality services to clients.
Specialized Expertise & Continuous Growth: we are deeply rooted in sex therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care; our ongoing professional development is rooted in ensuring we are updating our skills and knowledge consistently and wanting to growth as individuals and professionals

How to Apply
Send an email to Owner & Clinic Director, Diana Sadat, at diana@alluracentre.com with the subject “I want to join the Allura team as a _________” with the position title in the blank. In your email, please include your latest CV and a cover letter letting us know why you want to join our team.
If it’s a fit, you’ll hear back from us shortly with more information about our practice and how we work, as well as an Inquiry Form to complete with some more details about yourself
From there, we’ll set up a clinical interview where we provided you with a case conceptualization prior to the interview and we’ll get to see how you work clinically. Think of this as a conversation to see if our ways of conceptualization will fit together.
Finally, we’ll check in with your references – then, we’ll make an offer if we both feel like we’d be a good fit to work together.
All along the way, we’ll ask you if you’d like to continue – we believe that fit is bi-directional and you need to feel the fit with us as much as we may feel the fit with you. Just like the therapeutic fit, we know that when everyone involved feels aligned, we’ll work best together.
