VANCOUVER OFFICE
When arriving for your session
Our office is located at the corner of Nelson and Howe Street at Nelson Square. During the hours of 7am and 7pm, please enter the building and make your way to the elevators designated for floors 1-18 and make your way up to the 11th floor, unit 1105.
If arriving after 6pm on weekdays or on weekends: The building is not accessible after hours or on weekends; please wait in the lobby and your counsellor will come to get you at your appointment time. Alternatively, you may call your counsellor at the number that was provided to you when booking your initial email or send them an email. As our main phone line is handled by our client care team and they are not available after 5pm on weekdays or on weekends, we encourage you to call the number provided in your first session email and not the main Allura line. The downstairs security will not be able to let you up – please call or email us, or wait for your counsellor in the lobby!

Upon entry, please sanitize your hands. You may have a seat in the waiting area and help yourself to some coffee, tea, or chocolates.
ACCESSIBILITY
The building is wheelchair accessible; our suite front door does not have an access switch for automatic opening – please inform our client care team or your counsellor ahead of time if you require support and we would be more than happy to prepare for your arrival. The washrooms on our floor are universal but not wheel chair accessible – there is an accessible washroom available on the mezzanine floor.
Parking
There is paid parking available in the building accessible via Nelson Street and is open from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. There is metre parking along Howe Street between Nelson Street Helmcken Street and surrounding streets (please be aware, however, that there are parking restrictions between 7-10am and 3-6pm). There is no free parking in the building.
Transit
The 04/07/14 buses run along Granville Street and are 6 minute walk away from our office; alternatively, the #2 or #44 bus runs along Burrard street and is a 3 minute walk to our office. The Burrard Skytrain Station is a 11-12 minute walk to our office.

When arriving for your session
The entrance is at the back of the building: head down the lane next to Bespoke design and up the white stairs. Please make your way to our office at your appointment time.
