Step 2: Set Up Your Payment Method

We offer a variety of payment methods for whatever may work best for you.

Regardless of the payment method you decide, our clinic has a policy to require a credit card on file for all clients – please follow the instructions for adding a credit card below first and then if you decide to pay by another method, please email us at hello@alluracentre.com and let us know how you’d prefer to pay for your session so we can ensure we bill you correctly!

If you are working with one of our art therapists, they have a slightly different Informed Consent form to sign – since they are trained in this type of work, we have some additional information to include that you should know about.

Please note that the form is relatively detailed and personal as we work with a wide variety of issues. Please only complete as much of the form as you feel comfortable with your counsellor knowing.

This is an additional form we ask couples to complete to give us some additional background and history to your relationship!

 If you would prefer not to complete the intake form, please ensure that the Informed Consent Form is filled out as this is the only form that is required to have on file to begin sessions.

 Your counsellor will review the Informed Consent form with you in your first session as well.
