I believe therapy is about connection and collaboration. As a therapist, my aim is to create an open and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your sexuality and/or relationship concerns, and feel empowered on your journey towards growth.  I am passionate about meeting people where they are at, which means drawing on your strengths and uniqueness as a human being to build the life and relationships you want.

My practice is strongly rooted in sex-positive, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, feminist and person-centred values. Pleasure and authenticity are at the core of my work, and I believe all identities, expressions and lifestyles are valid.  Together we can unpack the residual shame and stigma that often comes with living in a sex-negative society.

I have specialized training in sex therapy to address a wide range of concerns, and several years of experience providing counselling specifically for folks in the sex industry, including supporting survivors of sexual violence and trauma. Much of my therapeutic work centres BIPoC, LGBTQ2S+, queer and trans folks, BDSM and kink communities, and polyamorous, multi-partnered and non-monagamous relationships.  Modalities I use include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, narrative, mindfulness, and somatic-based approaches.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading for pleasure, attempting to bake gluten-free treats, being in nature, and chasing my one year old kiddo around.

I identify as a cis white femme settler and my pronouns are she/her/hers.

I acknowledge that my work and residence takes place on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-waututh) Nations.
